How Do You Manage All Your Email Print E-mail
Written by Alice Seba

Q:How do you manage all the email that comes into your inbox? It seems so overwhelming!

A:Holy smokes! I can’t take it anymore. Email is just TOO much and it seem like my inbox is bulging at the seams.

If you’re like me, you’ve got a bunch of different stuff coming in:

- Important business emails.
- Sales notifications – these are GOOD J
- Junk, junk, junk!
- Newsletters, blog updates, etc.

There are two important tools I use to help streamline things – and the first I’m using WAY more to get rid of this email chaos.

-> An RSS Reader…A.K.A. “The Sweetie Reader
-> Mailwasher to manage incoming email

Let me tell you about both…as this could help you save a ton of time and endless headache.

About The Sweetie Reader:

I recommend (and am working more on this now myself) keeping the fun and purely informational stuff that comes in your inbox in an RSS reader, where possible. I’m talking newsletters, blog updates and other information you usually have delivered via email. I’ve been working on getting stuff out of my inbox too and really helps me from missing anything due to overzealous email management. With so much email, we’re often in such a hurry that we just zap it all, missing out on some of the good stuff.

The Sweetie Reader is a completely no-charge piece of software that allows you to easily add your feeds, categorize them, save your logins and tons more.

We’ve even built in some of the best feeds on the net today (hee hee…of course, I’d say that). Already built in are the following feeds, so you don’t miss a thing:

· Internet Marketing Sweetie Blog: The extremely witty and informative blog you’re on now.
· Internet Marketing Sweetie FAQ: Where I answer some of your most pressing Internet marketing questions.
· Lynette Chandler’s Tech Based Marketing: Perfect for the marketing-minded non-techy.
· NEW! Internet Marketing Definitions: Get the latest updates to our online glossary to help you with all that pesky Internet terminology.
· NEW! Deal Dot Com: Instantly find out the daily deal on must-have Internet marketing products.
But yes, you can add remove, change or do anything with the feeds inside. It’s completely up to you how you use the Sweetie Reader.

That should help you clear out a lot of the email clutter. Then, let me tell you about Mailwasher…

About Mailwasher This great piece of desktop software helps you quickly sort your email with minimal fuss. It allows you to preview the email on your server, WITHOUT ever having to download unwanted messages to your computer. You can create blacklists, friends lists, etc…allowing you to sort your email in a flash.

I’ve been using the Pro version of Mailwasher for several years and wouldn’t have it any other way. I also always get my virtual assistants using it because I know it saves tons of time. Once they try it, they’re hooked and use it for all their clients.

You can download a free version and use it for as long as you want. The only catch is that it only works for one email address. If you want to use it for more than one email address, you’ve got to cough up a bit of cash, but it’s well worth it.

Download Mailwasher for free at by clicking here.

You can upgrade to full version of Pro whenever you’re ready, but try it first…I’m sure you’ll love it.
