Is Going to An Internet Marketing Seminar Worth It? Print E-mail
Written by Alice Seba
Q: Alice, you seem to go to a lot of Internet marketing seminars. It seems like a lot of money to pay for entrance, flight and hotel. Is it worth it?

A: You betcha! Going to a seminar is an INVESTMENT in your business. You need to make sure you get the most out of your seminar experience.

Internet Marketing Seminars

They are really worth the time and money investment. My wholesale website was doing between $1500 and $2000 a month. I've applied only a few things that I've learned and our September was just over $7,000! It's important not to just attend, but to decide what you will implement, and focus on those 2 or 3 items till you have them perfected. Linda Boyd

I look forward to seminars, doesn't that sound crazy? I have been to many seminars for my "Job" but now I go to seminars for my "internet business". What a difference in atmosphere! I just found this site and have read several articles and have to agree with a Linda Boyd who wrote in her posted article, "It's important not to just attend, but to decide what you will implement, and focus on those 2 or 3 items till you have them perfected." I believe that is one great nugget in the past I missed. It is so easy to go back to your home and fall back into your old rut! Thanks for the great advice!

I agree Alice. I think you need to go with a purpose and really think about what exactly you want to get out of the seminar. Find 3 things that really frustrate you about your business and then find someone who can either help you or answer your questions. Then make sure to write down what you've found and take action on them. Thanks for the great advice!

Seminars can be a great place to learn new skills and network with others in a similar business. I think they're what you make of them.
